Autosuggestion Guide For Network Marketers
Why do I need autosuggestion to build my network marketing empire?
It just means mind programming. There are 3 different parts to your mind. They are the superconscious, conscious, and subconscious mind. Autosuggestion refers to the subconscious brainwaves.
Subconscious thoughts control the basic body systems. It’s a good thing to have. Imagine if you had to actually remember to breathe each time. The subconscious also acts like a computer. Whatever input it receives it believes and does. This is a double-edged sword.
When your brain gets a constant flow of negative information it processes that and believes it. Conversely, if you listen to CD’s and read positive, encouraging books telling you that you’re a winner your subconscious believes and acts on that.
This is where autosuggestion comes into play. Napoleon Hill measured several millionaires over 20 years and disclosed that every single one of them implemented autosuggestion in some form. Thesegentlemen were in differing jobs with unsimilar backgrounds. He also declared that you could not actualize an exorbitant level of accomplishment in any endeavor withoutusing autosuggestion.
Autosuggetion ispurposely programming your subconscious intelligence withintentions and principles that will move you toward a specific aim or dream. We are steadily invaded with unfavorable counsel every day - the news, the radio, a lot of music, TV, folks at church, etc Network Marketers mustpurposely supply their minds positive input in amounts greater than the negative theyreceive from their situation.
Autosuggestion Concepts:
There are three areas of application.
1. Specific Objective
2. Affirmations
3. Imagery
Objectives and Dreams
Before working on any autosuggestion you must have an absolute, short and sweet, recorded goal with a time line for its attainment. If you don’t know where you are going with your Network Marketing efforts you will surely never get anywhere.
Daily Affirmations
This is an enormous component of autosuggestion. Write out your intent on a 3×5 card handwritten. Writing this out by hand will help placing it in your subconscious psyche. Write it in the present tense as you already own it. Put sentiments into your announcement. How does it feel when you achieve your dream? How heavy is your new diamond ring and earring set when you wear them for the first time? How rested are you when you no longer wake to an alarm clock?
Here’s a quick example. . . .
“It feels like a thousand pound weight has been lifted from my shoulders now that I have earned at least 100k from my network marketing company by December 31st, 2010! This has gotten our family debt free and earned us a long deserved vacation in the Bahamas to go scuba diving!’
Read your proclamation at least 2x per day out loud. Repeat it every day. When at least 21 days has gone by this communication will be burned into your subconscious brain and all of your actions and thoughts will automatically gravitate toward this target.
Visualization
Invest 15-30 min. each day with your eyes closed picturing what it will be like when you achieve your desires. This may seem bizarre at first. You may begin by only being able to concentrate for five minutes. That’s alright. Keep taking action on a consistent basis. Your psyche thinks in illustrations. Think of the word “elephant.” What image flashed into your psyche? You instantly saw a picture of an elephant didn’t you? You must develop these pictures for your intents as well. The best way to do this is in a quiet, dark room with your eyes closed. Most folks find it easier to concentrate in this environment.
