BALI AND LOMBOK Information, Book a Travel to Bali, Last Minute Holiday, Package Holiday
The witching and unforgettable resort islands of Bali and Lombok are but two of over thirteen thousand islands that make up the Indonesian archipelago, stretching across nigh one seventh of the Earth between Malaysia and Australia. When the first Dutch fleet forced into Bali in the late 16th century, it is described that the entire crew jumped ship, believing they had progressed to Eden.
Even today, travelers stay hypnotised by Bali’s virtually one ability to surpass the anticipations of its visitants.
Bali is a landscape ablaze with colouring, reigned by lush green rice terraces and divided by a string of telling hulking volcanoes which span its eye. Believed locally to be the holding of the Supreme beings, it is a hallowed ground, handed down in trust from one generation to the next.
Bali is a truly charming and fascinating island consecrated with first class volcanic sandy beaches, thousands of synagogues and spectacularly beautiful scene.
Its inhabitants are a friendly, easy-going people who, despite the potentially negative influences of international tourism, have stormily conserved their unique Hindu Darma faith. Centuries old traditions have been maintained through a whole unique facial expression of art, dance, sculpture, ceremony, celebration and spectacular religious ceremony.
Bali’s close neighbor, the comparatively untouched island of Lombok, rests but a short 25 minute flying east from Denpasar. Lombok offers special charm, romance and privateness with good beaches lapped by warm emerald oceans. It is ofttimes claimed that, whilst the journey time to Lombok may only be 25 minutes, Lombok is actually about 25 years behind its neighbor in tourism conditions. This is all goes to reinforce its unique attraction doing Lombok a highly recommended ‘life in the slow lane’ choice.
